The Bank of Alameda has been doing business with The Swenson Group (TSG) for a number of years. Previous to our partnership, we had numerous equipment and service/supply vendors that supported the copiers, printers and faxes for our branches. As the technology manager at RGW Construction and Equipment Sales, one of my duties is to procure copy machines and printing solutions for the main office as well as our many job trailers. I first started working with The Swenson Group (TSG) in 1997.
Through the years, our technology needs and especially our printing needs have changed radically, especially as it comes to machines that can copy, print, scan and fax. Our job trailers have become much more independent as the technology improved and that has required the printing solutions to become more complex.
The Swenson Group have always been there with solutions that fit the various situations we had for copying, faxing, scanning and/or printing, especially for our field locations. They have always stood behind their products and their service has always been good. When we had problems with our machines (as inevitably happens, especially in the environments we work in), one call was all it took to get a well-trained technician out to a site to service a machine.

Approximately one year ago we first made contact with your company regarding our printing and copier needs. You and your staff took the time and effort to understand our business and our needs regarding paper documents. This was not an easy process, and we were impressed with the level of service and effort you put in.
Since we had as existing lease in our place our initial thoughts were to make no changes. However, at the same time we were unhappy with the service we were getting from our former provider. Fortunately, you remembered to call us around the time our old lease was coming up for automatic renewal which would have locked us into an unfavorable lease with a company that wasn't providing the service level we need or expect.
As a result of your efforts, we replaced our old equipment with new. Our expectations were that breakdowns would happen often, but your service would be better. After a number of months now we have learned two things. The quality of the new equipment is much better than we expected, and when we do need rare help it is fast and easy to obtain! Exceeding expectations like this can make for loyal customers.
I'm happy to say we are loyal customers and would recommend your firm to anyone considering changes to their print environment. I can't think of a single thing to say as to how you could improve your products or services to us.
